Hi Manisha,

In exchange profile select integration builder.find com.sap.aii.ib.server.localbeanjndiprefix.-->it should be java:comp/env/ . if the value is there then remove your javaws ,reinstall and try it.

Hi,

If your javaws is 1.5 then,

Goto Run-> javaws-> Java Application Cache Viewer and shift select all IR and ID object and Remove.

Go to Edit->preference->security->certificates->Remove.Once again open the IR.select always allow trusted.

Hi Manisha,

To start the cache viewer for the Java WS,

Start --> Run --> javaws -viewer

Another way to see it,

From the Control Panel, Start the Java application. In the General Tab, click the View button under the Temporary Internet Files section.

This will display the cache of the Java Web Start, select all the entries and click on Remove.

Hope this helps.

Hi Manisha,

Open Java Webstart from your PC (If you are using windows, then you can find in in

start->all programs-> Java webstart-> Java Webstart

Go to File->Preferences

YOu will get a pop up.

Go to Advanced tab.

There is an option to Clear Folder. Click on that Button.

And then reload the jar files by clicking on the IR/ID link in the XI Home page.

I encontered the same issue and solved by applying the following:

1) In PI master page click:

Administration -> Repository -> Java Web Start Administration -> Restore Archives and Generate new Signature

2) Clear your java cache file in java console
