Mass change of WBS element status to LKD

Hi all...

Is there any way to mass change the status of all the WBS element in a project structure to LKD.

Now, i can only change the status to LKD one by one WBS element and it is time consuming.

Pls advise.

Take help of your technical team and develop a BDC for this using CJ02.

In the same program you can have both Lock and Unlock options.

HI,

You can lock all the WBS Element through CJ20N transaction.

Enter CJ20N transaction, Click on Project Definition then, Expand all Project Structure

See right side of screen, Click on Basic Data Tab, Select all the WBS Element which you want to lock.

Then follow menu path

Edit > Status > Lock > Master Data, Dates, Planning, Budget, Account Assignment, All

To unlock all WBS Element you have to follow menu path as,

Edit > Status > Unlock > Master Data, Dates, Planning, Budget, Account Assignment, All

In project builder expand project upto WBSE level, select Project Definition, go to Planning board and click on select all, go to Edit --> Status -> select status
