This might be a silly question... But can anyone tell me what the latest version number of SAP Business One is - AND more importantly, what the version number as of last December would have been?

Is there anywhere you can look up the release schedule of versions of SAP products?

Hi !

If i'm not mistaking the latest release is version 2005 SP1 PL3

For the version in december i think it was version 2005 PL 6

I don't know much about SAP Version numbering. You say the latest is PL3 but the last december one is PL6. Why the lower number for december than the current? Why 6 and then 3?

Do you know what the PL stands for?

Do you know anywhere I can look up the schedule for releases, what they were and when they came out?

Hey Nicholas.

The PL3 refers to SAP Business One 2005 service pack 1 patch level 3 which is a newer release then SAP Business One 2005 (PL6). SBO 2005 came out earlier this year while SBO SP1 has not been officially released yet to the public.

PL stand for patch level.

You would probably have to contact someone at SAP for the release schedule.
