Business Partner Hierarchy Pricing

Hi,

We have an issue while determining the prices through BP Hierarchy. BP hierarchies and relevant pricing conditions are downloaded from ECC.

We have 4 level hierarchy for Business Partner. But in the transaction, the determination of pricing is happening only for 2 level. The 3 rd Level is not considering under BP hierarchy for determination of Pricing in CRM.

Hi Yaswanth.K,

As you have Said that your 2nd Level itself is Fulfilling the Condition for the Access so the Pricing for the 3rd Level is not being Considered or Taken in Picture.

Help::

Every condition table contains a certain combination of fields for which the system should search in the condition records. The search sequence should go from special to general condition records (for example, search for the field Customer before the field Customer Group).Using the exclusive indicator, you determine that the system ends the search after the first valid condition record is successfully accessed.You determine an access sequence for every condition type for which you create condition records.

Try Setting the Condition Type you need to be Selected Above in the Sequence for the System to Consider your required Access.

Else you may Also try to Check for the Accesses in the Order Screen to check for the Sequence being considered by the system or not.

Thanks for the reply,

We have mainitained the access in the following sequence.

Table 680 :sequence 1 : bp hierarchy level 4

Table 680 :sequence 2 : bp hierarchy level 3

Table 680 :sequence 3 : bp hierarchy level 2

Table 680 ;sequence 4 : bp hierarchy level 1

Table 680: sequence 5 : Sold to party

We have maintinaed records for 3 customers

Customer1 is at heigher level with price : Rs.20000L

Customer 2 maintianed at next level with price : Rs.18000 ( but Rs.20000 is determined as it is considering bp hierarchy)

Customer 3 maintained at next lower level with rpice :Rs 16000 (It is determining 16000 rupees rather that 20000 rupees)

This functionality is working properly in ECC. It was not working in CRM.

Suggest me how to proceed.
