Customer Master - Gap between boxes

Hi Guys,

I have a question which I can't seem to find the answer.

The scenario is this, when I create a customer and save it; when I view the customer, I checked the General Data->Address tab. There is a huge gap between "Street Address" and "PO box address".

I have check if this fields are being surpressed... but its not.

Is there anything else I need to check. I randomly check for all customers, it is the same.

I have exactly the same problem in Customer Master between the following boxes: "PO Box Address" and "Communication"

Did you find any solution to fix this layout problem ?

Hi,

If this is not the case of account group, you can check and adjust the same in screen painter.

Yes i check the program and it is all ok. The GUI is also looks ok.

No change in the version but the problem only arised recently.

I guess I will have to raise an OSS Note

Hi

Street Address" and "PO box address

Go to OB20 and then make it enable the Street Address and there you can keep the fields Street Address" and "PO box address in optional mode for your account group

Hi All,

In OB20 Street Address and PO Box is maintained to Display.

Actually everything is set to display except "Transportation Zone".

Please Advise.

Hello,

Couple places to check -- trans code OVT0 (usual spot for field control), and trans code SHD0 to see if there's any transaction screen variants in place.

Hello,

What is the difference you have observed . Any additional data field ?

If so , your account group is not modified . Default fields of sold-to account group pops.
