Query to close a framework PO that is no longer use

Hi Gurus,

We need your expert advise on this issue.

We want to close a framework PO that is no longer used. Item category of this PO is Service and there is no delivery completed indicator.

When we go to ML81N, entry sheet was already accepted and therefore unable to set the status as "Final Entry". We do not want to revoke acceptance nor delete the PO line item.

Is there any other way we can close this PO?
