Accessing Queries and Web Reports without the portal

I am wondering whether I can access queries (reports) and web applications in a browser without having to go through the portal.

When you are in the QueryDesigner and click on the "Execute..." button, it also loads the report in the portal.

The reason I am asking is, because mobile devices such as the BlackBerry do not seem to be supported in EP7. Or is it just a configuration issue?

With NW2004, I was able to create a web application (with the WebApplication Designer) that was optimized for mobile devices and then to display that page on a BlackBerry for example by simply browsing to it.

Please note that you can still create 3.x Web Template with BI7. You have two choices now, to continue using the 3.x functionalities or take advantage of the new functionalities.

I am aware that you can still create 3.x style queries and reports, but I would like to avoid them as much as possible as we are converting (and enhancing) all 3.x objects to the 7.0 versions.
