Latest End Deadline monitoring not working

Dear All,

I have a requirement for Approve / Reject workitem to be sent to next supervisor based on Org Chart if the previous supervisor does not act on the workitem for 2 days. I have looked at the other SDN blogs for help and set the Latest end deadline to 2 days from the creation of work item. Also used the wizard to set the work item to obsolete once the deadline is reached.

The background job is also scheduled for 1 minute for deadline monitor. In either case the workitem is not getting forwarded to next supervisor. The workitem remains in the first supervisor's SBWP inbox.

Kindly Suggest.

Hi,

kindly execute the program RSWWDHEX and check if the workitem goes to the next level....

if this goes then its a problem with the background execution... may be set the program once again for background execution and check, otherwise contact the BASIS team they will be the best person for background jobs....

after execution the program, then also if the work item does not go to next level, try activating the workflow once again and also change the deadline from 2 days to 2 min. just for testing purpose... if this works then again change to 2 days and then check....
