Hi
This is our business requirement
We have 100 nos lot creation and 2 % of samples will be created. if the sample is defective , we have a requirement to create another sample of 2%.
Once the lot is created and we want to record the defective lot and at the same time we want to create another samples before making the UD.
How to do this process in standard SAP ?
Thanks
JJ
Dear JJ
This requirement of yours can be done through Independent Mulitple sampling method. Multiple sampling or double sampling is used when a clear valuation of the sample cannot be made because the number of nonconforming units or number of defects in the sample is higher than the acceptance number and lower than the rejection number.
If you need more clarifications of how to do this please let me know

I would suggest create sampling procedure with option - Sampling type = "Percentage Sample". And enter % sample size as 2.
I hope it would help you.
Thanks!!!
