Create tcode to run program via SE38

I need to create a tcode that will run a program via SE38. I have done the following:

SE93 > Create

Transaction attributes > Start object > Transaction with Parameter

Default value for transaction > SE38

Default values > Name of screen field > RS38M-PROGRAMM (this is the Program field on SE38)

Default values > Value > program name

When I run this tcode SE38 comes up with the program name specified. My problem is I still have to hit the execute button. I need to specify the execute button in the Default values section of the transaction definition. What is the name of screen field and corresponding value to indicate the execute button?

Perform the following actions to create a Tcode for a report

Goto SE93 -> Create

Choose the Start object Program and selection screen(report transaction)

In the second screen:

Enter report name in Program / 1000 in Selection screen

and then choose GUI Support as SAP Gui for Windows.
