VA problems

My problem is some time i am unable to login to va. I have to restart server and then i will be able to login to VA. Don't why? Is there anyone can explain that?

Hi,

You can log into Visual Administrator only if your server is running?

Have you checked if your trial license has expired ?

If the License expires no message is given , but instead the server shuts down every 15 minutes or so ...

I don't think my trial license has expired. I installed it just a couple of days ago. But interesting thing is I am able to login as Administrator via http://<host>:<port>; to see the system information. If my license expired, I may not be able to see this information. Am i right?

Yes you are right.

Whgat error do you get when you use the Visual Administator ?

Do you get logging problems immediately after restarting the cluster .. or later?
