Quota Bank Accrual

Hi All

Question regarding absence quota bank accrual using the QUOTA function.

I am trying to configure a quota rule to create new quota entitlements on 12/31 of every year for the following year.

For ex

on 12/31/09, it should create quota banks with the validity and deduction periods of 01/01/10 - 12/31/10.

No matter I try to configure, I always seem to get an error - Error 82: Absence Quota not in Current Period

Looking at the log it seems that it does not like accrual period not in line with the validity period. The accrual period is 01/01/09 - 12/31/09 with validity period of next year.

I am sure this is a common requirement and I am doing something wrong but cant seem to nail it

down. Appreciate all your help

Please check the table V_T559V, you have maintained this view for defaults for validity internal for your ESG and PSG.

Check the main table too V_T559L

I have checked the T559V for defaults and I dont have any entries for the respective ESG/PSG.

The view V_T559L obviously shows me the entries for my rule for entitlements but not for defaults (same as table).
