correlation not working

hi

i am doign a correlation scenario in BPM using a field value present in both the 2 msgs.

my prob is that even when the value is comign same, in sxmb_moni, it shows a green flag sayign that the msg is scheduled in the outbound side.On checking the outbound queue, it shows that no active correlation is present for the above msg.

can anyone guide me as what is going wrong and how can the prob be resolved ASAP?

Delete the earlier open BPM instances using SWWL transaction. Then delete all messages from smq2 queue. After performing these steps, retry sending the messages.

Did you cross checked the condition provided for correlation is a valid for both messages in BPM editor..
