MDM UOM alternate units of measure load

Hello All -

We are on SRM 5.0 using MDM version 5.5 SP6. I am trying to load an internal catalog but I have a situation where the price uom is ea but the order uom is box. For example, my catalog item is tags. The vendor price is $1 per tag but we order in boxes. There are 100 tags per box. Where in the MDM data manager can i reflect that 100 tags = 1 box?

Hi Jane,

if you are using SRM-MDM catalog, then in the catalog you don't have to maintain the alternate UOM exchange. This is done in the SRM side after the items are transfered from catalog to SRM.

But on the SRM side, you have to maintain this connection in COMMPR01!

Also you have to give the price in Tag and not in Box in the SRM-MDM! Otherwise the calculation will mislead.
