All,

I have to collect 250 messages from SAP and send them as batches to target system.

This is just for load balancing on PI.

For this am I supposed to use BPM ?

or can I do it using message sizing on PI? if yes hw can i be done using PI sizing?

Hi Nikhil,

According to my experience I don't think so at PI level.

In the BPM we have BPM Pattern collect payload by using this you can achieve that.

Hi,

if you need for example to map the collected messages at PI to one new message you need BPM.

Otherwise (if the messages are idependent from another) you could use message packaging (without BPM).

my requirement is to get the best performance on high payloads. Never interested to collect messages.

Excuse me for putting it in a wrong way..

Hope I can achieve this using PI mesage sizing.

Does someone know how to size message before processing?

can I have a limit to restrict message size to 1MB each time? same time can I immeadiately process if a message comes of size 100kb without no messages behind it?
