Adding fields to the Document Header

Hi Guys,

In the transaction FB01, in the document header I want to add certain fields.

If we see the header details, we can see additional details like Card No. , Reference Key 1 Header,

etc.

But while entering the document , in the document header these fields are not available for input.

How can we add these fields for input in the document entry.

Hi Srik,

these fields you can't use manual, see the help

Reference Key 1 Internal for Document Header

Reference field in the document header that can currently only be filled internally (for example, substitution in FI).

Reference Key 2 Internal for Document Header

Reference field in the document header that can currently only be filled internally (for example, substitution in FI).

Some other fields are integrated with other modules and only for SAP internal use

you can use transaction OB32 to make the xref1_hd field of bkpf editable.
