VKP5 price to sales price

Hi all

Can we maintain the same retail sales price(RSP - Price created in the VKP5 calculation) in the sales order for the sales price or do we need to maintain the condition records for the sales order price.

Which means the price of VKP0 Condition record should be updated automatically??

Hi,

No need to maintain condition record for sales order...price which define in vkp5 is determined in sales order automatically

In Retail Price, Sale Price is determined automatically.

Transaction VKP5 will create a condition record for condition type VKP0 (or another condition type e.g. ZKP0 depends on your configuration).

However, this condition type is normally under 'retail' distribution channel.

Whilst, the sales order is normally created under a 'wholesale' distribution channel. If you want the system to use article's retail price in sales order, there are two options to achive it:

1. you could maintain the 'retail' distribution channel as a 'common distr. channel' in IMG. (which means you can't maintain a different price under 'wholesale distr. channel' anymore).

2. you can modify the access sequence of the condition type VKP0, by default the value of distr. channel.
