Unable to Log on

Hello Everybody

Due to the DEV server crash, I have been trying to recover the same.I successfully recover all the things, but when i trying to Logon to SAPby using the BASIS login, I have get error message that "Logon not

possible (Error in license check) and I have logon by using the sap* user

then i have get the error message that Db error 0.

And the con taint of trace file is

Is it due to change in Administrator password? OR any other problem?

What about the kernel version? is it same or it is old from your old installed system kernel version. I have seen this type of error due to the kernel difference.

i have get the error message that Db error 0.

Also when i had execute the command as

saplicense -show , it will generate error as

error : can not set DBsl trace function

details : DbSlcontrol<DBSL_CMD_IMP_FUNS_SET) failed with return code 20

Rc-INFo : error loading dynamic db-library - check the environment for:

dbms_type =<db-type> <eg.ora>

dir_library = (path to db-dll) e.g. /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run)

So please suggest me How to solve the same.

What is the current kernel patch level?

What was the kernel Pacth level before system crash?

Both is same or not, if not then you have to update your kernel then probably you would be able to login with SAP*

If you have replaced the server with new hardware then you will have a new hardware key (saplicense -get). Plug that into the key request are in SAP Service Marketplace and get a new key. Hope this helps.
