Subcontracting challan reconcillation

Dear All,

I am facing issue with subcontracting reconcillation.

I had already reconcilled the challan but in Ann. IV still quantity is pending.

When i checked the challan in that GR quantity is not updated and same quantity is shown in Reversal qty column. I had not reversed the challan.

In table J_1IGRXSUB correct qty is updated but why it is not updated in J1IFR. If anybody has idea about this issue please suggest.

Hi,

The reversal qty which is displayed in the Challan means it has not been used ie to say not captured for the components in GR. So it is open for reversal.

Once you will capture or reconcile the the challan qty in MIGO_GR or J1IFQ you can see the asssigned qty will be your GR qty in challan.

Dear Sujoy,

I had already made the GR for 1000 qty and reconcilled it.

Now if i again go to J1IFQ system is showing open qty as twice the qty in challan i.e. 2000 and assigned qty as 1000. But in J1IFR data is not correct. it is showing 1000 as pending qty.

What exactly is the issue i am not able to locate.

Hi,

Can u check ehat happened in MMbe , Goods provided to vendor , is it matched.

If its matched do reconcile with correc t way.

stock in mmbe is correct and i had reconcilled in correct way only. for all other docuemnts data is updated correctly for 2 documents only i am facing the problem.

GR qty is not getting updated in J-1IEXCDTL table.
