I need installation document for SAP_ERP_6.0_SR3_IDES. Can anyone say me the where I can get this in service market place.

Installation guide is same for ECC as well as IDES

Hi,

You can find the installation guide in the below link.

https://service.sap.com/instguides -> business suite applications->SAPERP->SAPERP6.0->Installation.

then select your database with the stack. eg: if your database is Oracle,Operating system is Unix and you want to install the dual stack system then select Oracle, under Oracle you have to select the guide respective to your operating system with ABAP+JAVA.

You can understand once you reach to the above path clearly.

Just to add further, make sure that you have 64 bits machine for ECC 6.0 SR3. Other wise, you cannot install it on a 32 bits machine.

This peice of information is available in installation guide. However, this is just to inform you before hand.

Dear Sir,

I had followed this sap note and we can install ECC6 in 32 bit version also.

SAP Note 1244548 - IDES ERP 6.0 ECC 6.0 SR3

Correct me if I am wrong gurus.
