Hello,

I need to load cube X from cube Y and have therefor generated an export datasource on cube Y.

My question is: should there be an info source automatically generated or is there something I need to do to be able to see it?

hi,

yes, infosource will automatically generated (datasource is 8[cube name], to be able to see it, you can try rsa1->settings->display generated objects, and choose show generated objects. rsa1->infosource, in case you cannot see it, try right click the node and 'insert lost node' something. then you can create infopackage from that infosource (with datasource from source system bw myself) and schedule the upload.

Hi,

Infosource will autoimatically generate the datasource 8[cube name]

u can see this in rsa1--> infosources --> unassigned nodes

or

rsa1->settings->display generated objects

Hi Fredrik,

Infosource and datasources will be create automatically with name: 8<cubename>.

You can see these in infosource tab, If you are unable to see, then check the settings in RSA1.

RSA1 -> From Menu Settings -> Show generated Objects.
