Hi,
is there any one out there using SRM 5.0 or SRM 7.0 that is linked to a backend system (ECC 6.0) that is using SAP's concurrent employment feature?
Thanks,
Jerry Martinek

Hi,
the best way to answet that question is to read the information included in the following link.
http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/cf/dcc8dfa1024637a864538c09d39353/frameset.htm
The implementation of this backend feature in SRM has resulted in a number of SRM application issues. We're trying to get an idea if other customers who use concurrent employment and SRM have similar issues and how they got around them.
Thanks,
Jerry
Hi,
Here is description in SRM50 release note.
SRM Organizational Model (Changed)
-
An S can be distributed among several CPs, and vice versa (since CPs represent
[natural] persons [P] in HR). This means that an S can be divided among several CPs,
and a CP can be distributed among several S (multiple assignment) and vice versa.
In this case, (default) attribute inheritance starts out from the organizational unit that
has the higher percentage assignment. You can use the context menu to change the
percentage assignments.
-
Do you face any HR replication issue ?
Regards,
Masa
