How to process chain to specific application server(Automatic)

Hello all,

We have 4 application servers.

I knew that if we are running process chain manually, it ask for applcation server.

I want to schedule this process chain only in application server1, we dont need the load balencing.

I am unable to find this option, please advice if is there any setting like that.

Hi SC,

Before scheduling process chain, go menu bar Process Chain-> Attributes-> background server.

select the server and schedule the chain.

I think this will solve your problem.

Hi,

Can you try below options to move a job to particular server:

1. Schedule you process chain by selecting server groups and release the job, by clicking on clock symbol.

2. now go to SM37 and select Release as job status and give * in user name and job name.

3. now you can see a list of jobs and based on time and job name like BI_Process_Trigger.

4. Select this job and goto menu bar Job tab -> here you can find a option 'Move to Different Server' -> click -> select the server on which you want to run this job.

if you are running this job immediately, its better schedule after 1 min and then goto SM37 and change server.
