Hi.
I'm trying to understand the Date column shown in the Instance Manager when looking at failed instances.
In my scenario, all reports run off a recurring instance created days\weeks prior to the failure.
Sometimes the date shown in the Instance Manager appears to be the CREATED date of the recurring instance that just failed.
Sometimes the date shown in the Instance Manager appears to be the CURRENT date, although it ran scheduled, using a recurring instance created days\weeks before.
Is there any documentation that can tell me exactly how I should read the date shown in the Instance Manager?
Thanks.
Hi
I've learned that this is a bug in R1 and R2.
When viewed in the Instance Manager, failures based on file events will show a different date than failures based on a scheduled time.
Instances based on a scheduled time will show the time of the failure.
Instances based on file events will show the created date of the recurring instance.
