Hi.

Double WF triggered when saving a held PO with changes made in it.

Hi Prashanth,

The question is vague... you are having troubles because 2 workflows are triggered? Or do you want 2 workflows to trigger? To see which flows are being triggered by the event, check SWEL (turn on tracing in SWELS first). Then, SWETYPV will allow you to see which events are triggering which workflows. From that table, you can edit/add/delete entries if you wish more or fewer workflows to be triggered.

Go to transaction SWETYPV. This lists all of the events that are occurring in SAP that trigger something else (such as a workflow or task). The BOR item you are looking for is BUS2012, Purchase Order. There will be a line for each BUS2012 event that is triggering a flow - find the event that has two lines (with a different workflow for each line), and delete (or double click and uncheck "linkage activated") the line of the workflow you do NOT want to be triggered. This should solve your probelm.
