Return Order

Hi gurus,

I have a Q regarding searching an existion order in the system.

If a returning item from a Direct customer doesnt contain the Return Order/Original Order number on the returning package, then is it possible to pull up the order that was created for this customer based on the general data of the customer which exists in the CMR.

For e.g. Customer Name, Telephone Number, email id etc.

I am just trying to figure out how to find a Sales Order from Customer attributes ?

Hello,

Transaction VA05 may help you, but unless you have some other data (like material number, purchase order number, or creation date range) there could be many many orders within the hit list. Not sure of other options that'd help. Good luck
