in the factory calendar, we have moths and week numbers associated
for example :
April 2009 = week number 14 15 16 17 18 even if the 3Oth and 31th belong to the calendar of March
we want to consider enterely the week with 5 days
in a plnning book, if we allocate a quantity of 1000 for April, we want to desagrate it automatically on week 14 15 16 17 18, with 200 on each week or an other factor?
Is there someone who knows how to associate month with the week number?
in the time buckets?? with a macro??
thank you very much for your answer.
Véro
Hi Vero,
In /SAPAPO/MAT1 transaction, under SNP2 tab, there is a field called Period split. Check the F1 help of this field.
Try maintaining this field and check your requirement is suitable.

Hello Verogon,
This can be achieved using a MACRO .
Here is the general fundamental logic where the macro suggests which weeks belongs to which month.
Change according to your business requirement and also play around to arrive at your requirement.
Operators: WEEK, MONTH, YEAR yield the weeks, months, years values for a specific row selected.
2 Keyfigures:
Month
Weekly
MACRO:
WEEK DETERMINATION
> STEP: WEEK DETERMINATION ( Iterations: w01.2009;w52:2009)
>>Row: weekly( From M01:2009)=
>>> Operator:week( AVG( FISCAL_BDATE( BUCKET_BDATE(
>>> Row: Monthly( Frm M01.2009 )
>>>Operator: ) ; 'Z1' ) ; FISCAL_EDATE( BUCKET_BDATE(
>>>Row: Monthly ( Frm M01.2009 )
>>>Operator: ) ; 'Z1' ) ) )
Macro Result:
Weekly wk20 wk21 wk22 wk23 wk24 wk25 wk26 Wk27
Month 5,000 5,000 5,000 6,000 6,000 6,000 6,000 7,000
