Hi,
I'm having some issues with printing and crystal reports on the web. You click the print button and a dialog gets displayed but there is nothing in it. I.E. does not seem to prompt you to download the activeX control.
Is there a recommended way to ensure users can print crystal reports from the web?
Thanks.
Patrick
Hi,
Make sure that the Active X settings are enabled in the browser.
Make sure that the CrystalReportViewersXX folder is configured in IIS.
Thanks,
AG.

Suggest starting at square one:
What version of Crystal Reports are you using?
What version of .NET are you using?
Does this work as expected on your development computer?
What is the OS on the server?
If this is happening after you deploy, how was the CR runtime deployed?
Are you using custom app pool?
