Delivery problem from MD04 screen

Dear PP Gurus,

I have one FG material (MTS-40). In MD04 i have 11000 Nos as stock , there are many customer order for diff. qtys, and in the end it is showing 3000 as available stock. Upto this stage if i am doing delivery it is allowing me to deliver the material, but as soon as i received order for 5000 qty, in MD04 it is showing 2000 as negatvie qty. After this it is not allowing me to do delivery for any of the above order, even for 10 qty, so pl. guide?

I am not sure of understanding.

Where do you receive an error?

when you say:

do you mean in VL02N?

If you have 3000 of available stock and you include a new sales order of 5000 is correct that the Final avaialble qty will be -2000

What do you expect in this case?

Dear Maria,

You are correct, it is showing 2000-. But as soon as this line item appears, it is not allowing me to deliver any of the above confirmed order.

It is giving error as "Zero" stock available, while i have ample of stock.

If you have an error in VL02N,

we should move the thread to SD area.

it should be an issue with ATP configuration .

You can check CO06 to check that the ATP qty are correctly confirmed.

Please bear in mind that the information displayed in MD04 is independent of the resul of ATP.

Please check CO06 and compare it with the ATP qties displayed in Delivery creation.

MD04 doesn´t affect ATP results.

Hi,

In your case, out of 11000,8000 are reserver for customer orders and 3000 is free stock available.when you recieve 5000 qty order ,3000 is reserved and 2000 is a deficit.thats y it is showing in negative.

There is a deficit of stock 2000 qty,please get the stock and do delivary
