Hi Forum,
I am trying to send a mail to a target recipient whenever a lead is created using SMTP. For this in GUI we have defined an action profile in transaction crmc_action_conf. In the action details tab we have entered the mail address of the recipient and the address type. Using this we are able to send mails to that recipient from GUI when a lead is created. But when it comes to EP, the action is getting executed but the mail is not going to the recipient. Can somebody help me out in this?
In EP I have made the necessary settings reqd to send mails. And I am able to send mails using Collaboration Launch Pad. Can somebody tell me whether I need to make some configuration settins to achieve this functionality in EP?
