Repair orders without PM module

Hi all

We have a scenerio where customers sends goods to us for repairs. We do not have PM module so cannot use RAS order type & notification.

Can anybody suggest a process to handle repair orders from customers.

We need to receive the goods, carry out the repairs, send back the goods to customer & bill for the repair.

Try with Order type "RA".
