Net price in Inforecord

Hi Experts,

When Info record is created with Net price it gets converted into 0.00 per piece even though i give a value in it.

Eg: if i give 100 rs per piece in Purch. Org1 data in Info record . when i check it using ME13 it's value is 0.00 .

I am not using conditions in info record.

hi,

Firstly check whether the material is non-valuated material...plscheck..

If it is there no accounting entries are possible to maintain...

Hi Priyanka,

It is not a non-valuated material but Ram material.

Accounting view is also maintained for it in Material Master.

Then you must first check whether the values from PO are gettings updated in the respective table or not...

tables are EINE, EINA, KONP, KONH, KONV, A017...

check it in SE16 tcode...

Also let me knw abt your entries in the Porg data 1 tab in the PIR document...

Hi Priyanka,

Once i changed the info record and entered conditions PB00 with value then the Table EINE and field NETPR is updated in Database.

Is it necessary ..i mean mandatory to select at least one Condition while raising an Info Record.

hi,

Yes ofcourse, this is because through conditions only you determine the NET or GROSS price...

Now if you use the PB00, based in this system will calculate the price...Minimum Net or gross price condition shd be there...

Dear Nani,

Dont see immidiatly after creation or info record.after creation of info record you must create PO then see the data how is effecting in info record.
