Client is getting an error while trying to re-post a job.
In eRec system when I log on and after searching for the job and when try to click on Job Posting the below error occurs.
Checked the following tables:
HRP1001 For NB - NC object relationship
In HRP5122 -status is mentioned as Withdrawn
Start Date:24.03.2009 and End date is 30.03.2009 but the client is trying to re-post it on 7th April-09
InHRP5121 - start date:24.03.2009 and End date is 06.04.2009
Client changed on 7th April-09
*Checked other tables to HRP5126 and HRP 5125 and raised in OSS too .
The following error text was processed in the system GEP : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.
The error occurred on the application server sapgep_GEP_63 and in the work process 1 .
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

What can I do?
If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system GEP in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server sapgep_GEP_63 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server sapgep_GEP_63 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi,
I found out why this error occurs.
There is a data inconsistency wrt this VR, only option is to raise a new VR for this requirement.
After checking all the tables and eRec portal - I found out there is data inconsistency.Moreover in Knowledge Processor (KPRO) Job posting is missing, we cannott go and add Job Posting header there.
As a turn around solution is to create new VR and Job Posting to be done.
