Hi Experts,
They have the change the structure like
Company code: car auto
Head office only one and run the pay roll from here only.
Multiple units: time management will handle here and send the data to the head office.
After some time they will come up with Regions and units will come under Regions. They may have more than one Regions Office for one Zone.
I design like
Company code : Car Auto
PA: Can I take Regions
PSA: Contain Head offices and Units
Is this correct or let me know how to design
Thanks
Ashwani
Hi
Enterprise structure plays a vital role in SAP HR implementation
1.First of all ask them to give a Organogram
2.Then decide PA-Personnel Area - Different State Say for ex Mumbai & Tamil nadu
3.PSA- In mumbai two location 2 PSA and Tamil nadu 3 location 3 PSA
COMPANY
MUMBAI TN----
PA
1 2 1 2 3-------PSA
First of all identify all location and organogram and start thinking of ES
Employee Group-1 ACTIVE
Employee sub group-Diff from client to client
Check wheater Low mgt,Middle Mgt & Top mge
or Officers,managers etcc..
Hope i may reach you

Please analyse your payroll structure before choosing your Personnel are and sub areas
The personnel area is an organizational unit that represents a specific area of the enterprise and is organized according to aspects of personnel, time management and payroll. A personnel area is divided into several personnel subareas. Please note that the personnel subareas contain the business characteristics. To assign the business characteristics, you must have set up at least one personnel subarea for each of your personnel areas even if you do not use personnel subareas in your enterprise structure.
A personnel subarea is an organizational unit that represents a specific area of the company organized according to certain aspects of personnel, time management and payroll. The following business subtasks belong to the personnel subarea:
Defining of pay scale and wage type structure
Defining planned working hours
Defining appraisal criteria

Dear Ashwani,
Your structure is ok.
Personnel area and personnel sub area have dependecy on time management and payroll for wage type permissibility and holiday calendar assignment. If your conditions are met please go ahead.
Warm Regards,
Kapil Kaushal
