How to do the mass deletion of project definition and WBS element

Hello All,

I have around 260 Project def and WBS which is assigned to investment program def and Position id and budget also.but no Fi postings has done. It is in CRTD status.

Can any one suggest how to do the mass deletion of those project def and WBS elements.

How to remove the budget Mr.sandeep.

Hi,

remove manually,

1st remove relese budget from CJ32

then remove from CJ30

save.

Also you need to check any badi or user exit is available for the removing the budget from multiple project.Still i don't have any idea about it.

Then remove assignment of Investment Program from each Project.after this you can delete the project.

Dear Murali,

Here firstly you need to remove all the budget from all projects.

then you have to remove the investment program assignment from each project.

Now you can delete the project individually through CJ20N transaction this is one option.

and 2nd option as told by mr firdosi, you can delete the project & wbs element from database with the help of abaper.

Hi,

Just take help of your ababer and delete the projects from the database (PROJ & PRPS.)
