Date Error During Personnel Action

Hi experts,

When I doing one personnel action, for example promotion, this error message appear- +Invalid Action

Type+ at infotype 0000 when I put date e.g 20.03.2008 onwards. However if I put date e.g 19.03.2008 backwards, I can save the infotype. I suspect maybe former consultant doing something at SPRO.

Where can I check this config. Thanks in advance

Hi,

I hope this is not related to Action .. As per the Issue u want to change the Date of joining for the employee .. if yes.. check the following

Goto PA30 - Utilities -Change he entry/leaving date.

Hi,

actually this action is not to change date of joining. This action actually is not used anymore after certain date in the system. But i just want to know where they configure the system not to allow this action happened based on date because on spro PM >>PA>>CUS PROCE>>ACTION we can't control it based on date. TQ

Check the Date Specification in table T529A it is

Check in Spro Personnel management> Personnel admin>customizing proceedure>actions.
