Is it possible to set client wise setting of SAP Screen.
e.g. there are two client 200,400 then both the client has different color of SAP Scree,

Nope.. those settings are for the whole system. I don't think you can use different colors for different clients (It will be useful tho.)

check ALT+F12-> New Visual Design. I haven't seen changing colors based on clients.
