splitting of order qty

Hi PP experts,

I want to split my production order qty. on two different work center. Can u tell me how it possible.

Dear Jayesh,

Check out this,

You can create 2 production versions ,the first one with the first production line(work center) and the

second one for the second work center.

Then while assgining the Planned independent requirements itself you can assign the relevent

production version in MD61 or else oen more thing using quota arrangement you can assign some %

and also the priority among the 2 prod.versions.

Quota arrangement details has to be given in MEQ1.

So this will be helping you automatically at the time of MRP run itself and you can convert the planned

orders into production orders.

Check and rever back.

Hi,

Goto CO02, Open the order, goto "function" split order and click it.

Here you have to enter the quantity and save it. But in customisation "Split" functionanlity is required to update.
