Report to show changes of supportdesk mgs

Hi All,

Do anyone of your know a a report which can show all the changes which are

made in support desk messages. If you go to a support desk

message and select via EXTRA's---Change Documents you can see all

changes of this message. We need a report that can show me all messages

and all changes.

Is there a report what gives this information?

This information is extracted via method read_change_docs of class cl_crm_component_change_docs. You can test it in transaction SE24 passing the transaction GUID as value for IV_OBJECT_ID.

The transaction GUID can be found in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.
