Cross selling pop up without maintaining cond. record

Hi Gurus,

I am getting "Cross selling pop " for range of material and customer where as there is no condition record maintained.

Any help is highly appriciated!!

Hi, do you mean that the cross-selling pops up while no condition is maintained? Have you checked the existing conditions in VB43? Also check your customer data in xd03 Sales tab, "PP cust. procedure", if B is set here. You may de-activate the cross-selling function in SPRO > S&D > Basic Functions > Cross Selling > Maintain Customer/Document Procedures for Cross Selling > Assign document procedure for cross selling to sales document types. Yes that right I am getting cross selling pop up while no cond. record maintained.I have checked VB43 but there is no record for that material.

I don't want to deactivate the fuctionality.

Any more clues.

Quite strange, have you been looking for the right condition record type? Pls review your customer master record as mentioned before and your determination procedure for cross selling.
