Set enviroment vars for SAP instance owner ?

Hi,

What is the right place to set environment vars for SAP instance owner ?

Of course I know standard files like .login .cshrc (csh case), but maybe there are some special places ?

DB2 for example has usercshrc/userprofile files for this purpose.
