We want to incorporate some changes in KE30 report and in accounting of Processing charges

KE30

Dear SAP Guru's,

Pls guide to the below situation.

Currently KE30 is showing variances under two heads :-

- Total Variances Less FacOh

- Variance Ex Factory Overhead

We want to split Variances under head Total Variances Less FacOh under two main sub heads

- Variances Material Cost

- Variances Variable Cost

Variances Variable cost will be further splitted into activities i.e

- Variances VC-Machine

- Variances VC-Labour

- Variances VC-Power

- Variances VC-AC

- Variances VC-Compressed Air

- Variances VC-Steam

- Variances VC-Water

Kumar

Hi,

I depends on how have to you moved variance to COPA. If during production order settlement, all the variance categories (along with proper usage of cost elements in PA transfer structure) are moved to COPA and mapped to appropriate value fields. Then only this is possible.

If this is done, than relevant value fields can be inserted in the KE30 report.

Chetan.

Hi Chetan,

Thnx for the replay,I had defined 4 new value fileds and assigned in operating concern defining new value fileds under PA allocation structure, system returns cost element overlap in assignment lines 10 and 10 with the PA structure.

Right now in KE30 report variance is showing input price variance, input qty variance and so on.....But my client requirement is under input price variance-> we have to split material and variable->under variable we have to split-> labor, machine, power, steam and colling water.

Like this I have to split for all variances like (input qty variance, resource usage variance, remaining input variance, output price variance).

Pls guide,how to configure.

Hi Maruthi,

How were you able to resolve your client's reqt? I have been trying this scenario but no such luck yet. Hope you don't mind if you can advise on how you have done it.

Dear Mr. Maruthi,

May i know how you exactly split the input price variance in Copa. I have a similar requirement to split the input price into below heads:-

1. Labour rate variance

2. Building depreciation variance

3. Machine depreciation variance

4. Utility rate variance

I have also created value fields for the above 4 variances in copa.
