could anybody tell me, is there a way to send email to buyer's inbox when email / FAX fail to the vendor after creating a PO ??

I have presently the same requirement for faxes. We use SAPConnect. The questions I have are:
a) Can I use standard SAP functionality to send a notification back to the sender when the fax fails [FYI.. I have 4.6C]. If so, what transaction you can use or where do I have to perform the configuration. Do I have to configure RZ20 somehow?
b) Going beyond that, our users need not only to notify the sender of the fax, but also to carbon copy (cc:) to a Microsoft Outlook distribution list as well (that is for the support group). Same question, do you know if this can be done using standard functions of SAP?
Any tip to achieve this would be appreciated
