Hello Sonal,

Please check the following logs:

/usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS** or JC**/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/system/server.0.log

/usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS** or JC**/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/defaultTrace.X.trc (the last generated default trace)

/usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS** or JC**/work/dev_server0

This should give you proper clue.

It sounds like some of your Java applications did not start properly.

Restarting JAVA from ICM Monitor should resolve if this is a one-time issue.

If it continues, please post additional log details.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

it seems Java engine is not running.

Can you check system info page once, and check whether all applications are runing fine i mean check the status of SCS instance and Server nodes and SDM.

if not try to restart the java engine once again.

Please have a look on the below link they have explained clearly
