CUA to IDM 7.0 migration

Hello Experts,

I would like to do the CUA migration( from CUA to IDM 7.0)

Gone thorugh the IDM 7.0 installation Overview document and understand that

we have to install the below steps to setup the IDM 7.0.

1.Installing PHP
2.Installing the Identity Center database schema
3.Installing the Management console or Runtime 
4.Installing Monitoring
5.Installing Workflow.

After above steps completed. I would request you provide the document to

Setup the Configuration between IDM 7.0 and Abap systems.

Our requiremnts

1. I want to migrate from CUA  to IDM 7.0
2. I want to centrally monitor the Abap system via IDM 7.0 (Exact document required)

I request you to someone please provide the exact name of the configuratin document for each above requirements..
