Driver program and Smartform for PO in ECC..

Hi,

Please let me know the Name of the smartform and the driver program for PO in ECC....

I have read the other threads, it was mentioned that there is none.

In our system there is no package SMB40.

Let me know the step by step procedure.

Some referred & used....

Print Program Y640_FM06P Form Y640_MMPO_A

Even these are not available in ECC.. & i feel they are not standard....

But the Y name space is not considered as standard.

Please give your inputs.

Whats the best practice.

Hello Purshothaman P,

1. There is no standard smartform for PO in ECC.

2. Only script MEDRUCK is available and print program for SAP Script is SAPFM06P.

3. What you need to do is design a new smartform as per your TS and then modify the existing print program SAPFM06P to ZSAPFM06P and let the program call the smartform.

4. Configure NACE tcode accordingly and you will get your SMARTFORM as per your requirement.

PATH in NACE.

Go to Tcode NACE -> select EF -> click Output types button in Appl. toolbar -> then select NEU and double click on "Processing Routine" in Left Dialogue Structue.

Hi Purshothaman P,

What is the T-code you are using to print PO if that is ME23N

Then Standard Program is this SAPFM06P and the Standard Form is MEDRUCK.
