Hi,
I am facing a problem while I am trying to start Java part of one of our Dual stack system DB1 (DEV) on SP14 which is our BI system. This system is MCOD system and using its own database. There is another Java portal DB3 (DEV) system which is our BI portal and using the database of DB1.
While I am trying to start java part of DB1 system because of EHP1 upgrade which was deactivated from a long time. It is not coming up.
When I tried to find out the root cause of the problem, then i found that in configtool Instance node is pointing to DB3 system and even Instance node id is starts from instance number of DB3 system. All the settings in configtool is of DB3 system.
Could you please guide me how can I change the all settings in configtool so that it can point to DB1 system ?
You reply is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Sunny
Hi Ravi,
we have checked logs but the problem is when we start java which is pointing to DB3 does not start as we are in DB1 system. Our main problem is first we have to change all java settings so that it start pointing to DB1.
But I don't how we can change all settings.
thanks Sunny
