I was told there is a problem in an CRM system and that I will see it immediatelly in transaction SMQR.
As an non CRM specialist I do not know to what pay attention and how to solve the problem. Is there any documentatition
When entering the transaction SMQR I get :

why did you go to SMQR
first let us know what the problem in CRM is?
also the information that you have given fom SMQR doesnt point to any problem
go to SMQ1 and SMQ2 and check if there are any pending queues
