How to download Sold-to-Parties from ECC into Accounts CRM type Person

Hi experts:

I download Sold to Parties from ECC into CRM in PIDE Transaction I customized:

Account Group/ Classification

DAFI / E

The systems download the Sold-to-party but it was created like Organization, because my account group has not the check consumer.

Is there a way to force that creates this Sold-To-party like a Person in CRM??

Or when is download the Sold-to-party is there a way to change the Classification of the BP from Organization to Person?

Hello Sussie ,

Yes you cannot download any other Account group other than a Consumer account group as a Person in CRM .

But there are exists in ECC where you can do it.

Please write a Z Fm in ECC where you

1)manipulate the Category field in the structure LT_MAIN_EXTERN .

You find Category field in LT_MAIN_EXTERN -CENTRAL_DATA-COMMON-DATA-BP_CONTROL.

2) Also manipulate the LT_MAIN_EXTERN -CENTRAL_DATA-COMMON-DATA-BP_PERSON as CRM would want the ECC customer's name in the BP_PERSON part of the LT_MAIN_EXTERN structure

3) You need to upload the Z FM in the exit DE_EIOUT in ECC.

Register that FM in TXN SPRO via Financial accounting >Financial

Accounting global settings >Business transaction events .

In the menu bar , go to settings > P/S function modules > of a

customer and register the FM in the event DE_EIOUT .

Hi Sussie,

There is no way to change an organization into a person.

To ensure that the customers that you downaload are created as persons, it is necessary to maintain the appropriate mapping of the BP category according to the title of the customer.

In the customizing table for title, please check the appropriate category - i.e. Mr./Ms.--> Person

Company-> Organization.

(I believe this table is probably V_TSAD3 but in case it isn't, you can find it in the IMG customizing).
