Dear Friends,
I am Exporing on dynamic modifcation rule to use in pilot project
What i understand about these two topics are
Sampling scheme
System used to calculate sample acording to sample size we define on the basis of lot size
and we need to define , Normal , tighten,
Dynamic modification rule
normally we need to define in what situation to select Normal and tighten sample
for example if a vendor material inspection lot fails then we need to choose tighten sample
and if it pass then during next inspection lot system must skip or loosen the sample size
Please let me know if my understanding is correct and tell me if there is any additional usage of this functionlity
To make usage of dynamic modification rule i need to create a DMR and sampling scheme and i need to assgin in inspection plan
is it the right way of configuring , Please advice in right way
Thanks & Regards
Raj

Hi Rajkumar,
You are absolutely on the right track.
Please refer following [PDF|http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/QMQCDYN/QMQCDYN.pdf] for DMR.
For more inputs you may also refer this [link|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_45b/helpdata/EN/2d/350d37448c11d189420000e829fbbd/frameset.htm].
You may get started with these information and you can always depend on our SAP Champs for fine tuning it.
Thanks,

Hi ,
Basically DMR we used for determine the sample size for an inspection in the SAP system in different ways on the basis of the past inspection valuations to calculate the current inspection scope.
On the basis of this you can skip the inspection if you are continuosly getting a good quality product from your vendor & may tighten if the goods quality is low.For using DMR you have to create first the DMR rule thru T code QDR1 & have to assign different inspection stages, here you define how inspection scope change with past inspection results.
DMR you can assign directly in material master quality view , in quality plan, per characteristic as required by you.

I hope it would help you.
Thanks!!!
